I had my evening meal with a drink of blackcurrent at about 7pm. I mixed about teaspoon of potatoes starch in the dregs of my drink. It left a funny taste in my mouth.
Went to bed at 10 pm.
Woke up just once in the night.
Best nights sleep for years.
Will be trying the same again tonight.
