Freezer food

    Hi, I just wondered what impact freezing food, eg vegetables or basically anything, has on the bacteria? Does it survive? Does frozen food still have the same punch as non frozen food. Also what impact does cooking food have on bacteria?
    Any ideas most welcome. Thank you

    Hello,

    I have the same question about freezing and heating. Also, freezing cooked food and re-heating. It would be good to know if we are not having as much of an impact by using these processes for food preparation.
