    Just heard him on world service radio ( freeview channel 710) “The Food Chain”.

    He has AIDS and considers fermented foods to be an important part of his healing !!

    Programs are broadcast Sundays and Thursdays.

    Am hoping to hear him again on sept 7th !

    He was on the food programme (radio 4 ) recently – fascinating – also plenty on youtube
