Suffered from intermittent itchy red eczema patches (often stress related) and flakey skin since childhood. Began intermittent fasting August 2019 and noticed skin changes within a month. I have lost about 2 stone over several months and feel much fitter. My wife said skin shedding is no longer there (no dust inside clothes !) and skin looks much better. (We have been married 51 years) . I still have itchy skin and wonder will this eventually reduce now I have changed my diet. Anyone else notice this when changing their diet?
