Lectins and A1 vs A2 proteins in milk- The Plant Paradox

    Hi,
    I’d love to hear what Michael thinks about this book by Stephen Gundry and the info about the inflammatory effects of Lectins and the issue with A1 milk. Is there any validity in any of this, Michael? (I tried searching for an existing post but couldn’t find one. )
