Super Food Antioxidant Salad

A healthy and filling detox salad loaded with antioxidant rich nutrients,so instead, I created a filling meal based around antioxidant-rich foods with freedom healthy oil.

Ingredients

• 1.1 cup boiled whole green Moong
• 2.2 cup boiled red ChoriChori
• 3.1 cup finely chopped or grated carrots
• 4.I cup chopped zucchini or cucumber
• 5.add chopped green and red apples
• 6.Green chilly 3
• 7.Red chilly 3
• 8.Rice Bran Oil 3 tbsp
• 9.Juice of 1-2 limes
• 10.Salt to taste

Method

1. Place in a large bowl and toss in all the ingredients.
2. Heat the Rice Bran Oil in a pan and add the tempering ingredients: mustard seeds, slit green chilies, red chilies and
3. half a tsp turmeric and curry leaves.
4. Squeeze lemon and salt to taste.
5. Super food Antioxidant Salad is now ready to eat.
