Blueberry and Almond Yogurt

• 200 grams of blueberries
• 2 tbsp. flaked almonds

• 300 grams plain yogurt


Toast the flaked almonds in a dry frying pan over a low heat until they turn golden. Remove from the pan and allow to cool. Place the yogurt in a bowl and stir through the almonds and blueberries.
