Making yogurt with different probiotic strains

    I’ve started making yogurt with an L Reuteri strain (ATCC PTA 6475 and DSM 17938)and it’s certainly helped my digestion, but hasnt done much for my scalp inflammation. It needs 30hrs fermenting (according to google) which is quite a long time.

    My question is, can I add another probiotic to the mix (inneov duology)? Or should I make another yogurt separately (it might have issues fermenting for that long?!)

    This new probiotic capsule also has zinc and vit b in. I could find it sold just on its own so had to get one with added vitamins. Will this cause issues in the yogurt making process??!
