Hi,
I have completed the 8 week blood sugar diet in the past very successfully (although the weight has crept back on). I am a type 2 diabetic, and I have found that the only way I seem to be able to bring my sugars under control is to avoid all processed carbs inc rices and all potatoes. Can I follow the clever guts diet without the grains, sweet potatoes etc or are they essential to the diet?
