Which cider vinegar?

Hi all!
I wondered if anybody could point me in the right direction of the best cider vinegar for improving gut health? I’m in the UK so only things I can get my hands on over here 🙂

I am using apple cider vinegar by Bragg from holland and Barrett. You have to make sure though it say’s ‘with mother’ it’s about 9.99 I started taking it about 5 weeks ago as I had to come of Omprezole tablets as I was having an endoscopy. I have started feeling better for it and don’t think I feel or look so tired

I buy Biona Organic ‘with the mother’ from Amazon UK. I use it as a meal ingredient (primarily in salad dressings) not as a standalone dietary supplement.

Have a look in Aspalls website, they have an organic live apple cider vinegar which is much and I’m sure it’s mentioned in the book.

Aspall’s Raw Cyder Vinegar is available in larger supermarkets for £2.50 a bottle.

I’ve found a Spanish raw cider vinegar, with the mother, in Home Bargains for £1.15. Tasty too 😋
