I have made Kefir (and Kombucha) for some time. I recently found ‘Bio-Tiful Dairy’s KEFIR at Morrisons. Although I am in contact with their Head of Marketing, has anyone had any GOOD or any BAD comments after trying their FREE flavoured Kefir from Morrisons?
They say their milk is “blast Pasturised to 62 degees” but that the culture is still “alive” when bought (with a shelf life of at least 14 days??) – so is it still fermenting into Curds and Whey??.
