Enter the Keto-Friendly Blueberry Avocado Smoothie. This is my go-to recipe whenever I want to enjoy something delicious, filling, creamy, and loaded with antioxidants while keeping my carbs in control.

What I love the most about this easy-to-whip smoothie is how it blends refreshing taste with healthy nutrients. The star ingredients of this recipe of course or avocado and blueberries. Both these ingredients are a powerhouse of antioxidants and healthy fats. Due to these nutrients, these refreshing ingredients are ideal for a keto diet. Plus, it’s vegan and low in carbohydrates. Hence, it ticks all the right boxes for all health-conscious people – no matter which diet they are on.

You can prepare it in just 10-minutes and get your daily dose of nutrition. I can have it as a quick breakfast or with my afternoon meal. It gives me a perfect way to stay aligned with my keto goals while treating myself to something yummy.

Ingredients


• ½ cup wild blueberry frozen
• 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
• ½ medium avocado
• 1 tbsp ground flax meal
• 1 tbsp almond butter (or peanut butter)

Method

1. Take a blender and put all the mentioned ingredients in it and blend to form a fine mixture.
2. Once it’s finely blended, and you got the perfect smoothie consistency, pour it in a glass.
3. Add some blueberries on the top for garnishing and serve immediately.
