Rhubarb spread or dessert


• Freshly pulled rhubarb
• chunk of ginger
• rind and juice of a lemon
• chia seeds


Bake the chopped rhubarb and ginger chunks in the oven until tender
blend this in a mixer
add lemon rind and juice
Chia seeds to make the texture you want

for Jam/ dessert/ breakfast with seeds on top
