Ingredients

• 1. 8 mushrooms
• 2. 1/2 cup peas
• 3. 3 large tomato
• 4. 2 green chilly
• 5. 1 – chopped ginger
• 6. 3 tbsp.Freedom Refined Sunflower Oil
• 7. 1 pinch hing
• 8. 1/2 tbsp.cumin seeds
• 9. 1 tbsp. kasuri methi
• 10. 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
• 11. 1 tsp coriander powder
• 12. 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
• 13. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
• 14. Salt according to taste

Method

1. Wash mushroom and cut it into 6 pieces
2. In a jar, add tomatoes, ginger, green chilli and grind them coarsely
3. Heat oil in a pan add hing, cumin seeds and sauté it for 1 minute
4. To this add turmeric powder, coriander powder and tomato paste, kasuri methi andsauté everythinguntil the oil leaves 5. the pan from the sides
6. Now add in peas and mix it well, cover it and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes
7. When the mixture start cooking, add mushroom to it
8. Add 1/2 cup water and bring everything to a boil, now add salt and garam masala, and mix it well
9. Cover the pan and cook for about 4 to 5 minutes on low gas
