stir-fry beans and red pepper with soba and miso


• -fresh green beans (french beans) 300gr.
• -onion, one medium
• -1 red pepper, cut in stripes
• - 2 spoons of miso
• - 1 spoon Soy sauce
• -1 spoon sesam seed
• -black pepper
• - 150 gr. soba noodles (buckwheat)
• if non vegaterian: add 200 gr.sliced steak with marinade


Place beans into a large skillet and cover with water; bring to a boil. Let simmer until beans start to soften, about 5 minutes. Drain water. ...
In a large pan (stir-fry)
Cook and stir garlic - onion and red pepper until tender, 4 to 5 minutes. Add cooked green beans, miso and season with pepper and soysauce. (add water if necessary)
Serve with soba Noodles and sprinkle with sesam seeds.
For meat lovers: add thinly slices marinated steak
