A good way of taking your raw cider vinegar, making it a pleasant summer drink

Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon raw cider vinegar (I use Aspall's or Dorset Nectar, http://www.dorsetnectar.co.uk/cider-vinegar/)
• 1 Quarter of a lemon
• 2 or three thin slices cucumber
• Fizzy water, or half and half tonic water and fizzy water.

Method

Put the cider vinegar in a glass. Squeeze in the lemon juice then drop the piece of lemon in too. Add cucumber and top up with fizzy water or the tonic and water mixed.

I sometimes drop in raspberries too. I prefer it without the tonic (fizzy water only) but that may not be sweet enough for some.

I would give this 5 stars. I started putting apple cider vinegar just in water but it was pretty yukky. I tried this recipe and find it very enjoyable……nearly as good as a glass of sauvignon blanc !!!

This is lovely. Prefer with tonic but definitely better than drinking ACV plain!
