for those who cannot tolerate eggs or who are vegan


• 1 chia egg.
• Ingredients.
• 1 Tbsp chia seeds;
• 2 1/2 Tbsp water.
• flavour with sprinkle of tumeric/ ginger


Instructions. Add chia seeds to a small dish and whisk / beat until it is gloopy then add to recipe

I was worried about how to make some recipes in the clever guts diet

I have just made the flaxseed bread and instead of eggs added chia
